Pine Lakes was originally designed by Joe Lee on a routing
design by his partner, Dick Wilson in 1968. The renovation took place in 2002
and involved a total redesign and construction of the entire golf course to a
cost of approximately $3 million dollars.
Major improvements including regrading of the course for better drainage
and a new computerized irrigation system. All of the tees, bunkers and greens
were built to USGA specifications. The course also features additional youth
tees, designed for the U.S. Kids Golf National Championship.
